Consolidation Settings
Consolidation Length
Entire Project
This option will consolidate the entire project from beginning to the end of the last media event.
Loop Selection
This will consolidate only the loop selection of a song:
You will also see the time selection of your consolidation change if you select this option:
Custom
This will allow you to manually enter the time selection for consolidation:
Tracks Consolidated
=All
This will use all tracks for consolidate.
=Selected
This will use selected tracks for consolidation.
Ignore Silence Shorter than xx Seconds (can cause multiple items per-track)
This will automatically trim the files after a silence of a certain amount of silence, and create (possibly) multiple files on one track. This can help with large parts of empty files, and can save disk space and disk streaming bandwidth.
Force Output format (If Disabled, it will be Automatically Determined Per-Track)
Sample Rate
This will force the consolidated files into a certain Sample Rate. Select this check box to enable the sample rate to be used for the consolidation. Select the sample rate from the drop-down box by scrolling and clicking on the sample rate you wish to use:
You can consolidate in Stereo or Mono.
Resample Mode
Consolidate to
This will force a consolidation to a certain output format that you define. If this box isnt changed, it will default to .wav.
Currently supported Consolidation Formats:
• WAV 16, 24, or 32 bit floating point
• AIFF 16, 24 or 32 bit
• FLAC 16 bps 0-8 Quality
• MP3 CBR, VBR default, VBR old, VBR new, VBR mtrh or ABR Modes Stereo, Joint Stereo, Multi-Channel or Mono 8 - 320 Constant Bitrate 13 Quality options
• OGG Vorbis VBR, CBR or ABR Variable Quality and Bitrate options
• WavPack 16, 24, 32 and 32 bps float bit depths Variable Modes
