"Adjust" family of actions

Actions of this group adjust track control and track send parameters by using assignable MIDI CC numbers. MIDI learning via Actions list in Reaper 3 is explained here.
Adjust last touched FX parameter (Cmd ID 973)
This action sets the value of the last automatable plugin parameter you have moved or clicked on with the mouse.
Adjust solo in front dim (Cmd ID 987)
Sets the value of solo in front dim in dB, either using MIDI CCs or the mousewheel. Solo in front dim value can also be set up in Properties -> Audio -> Solo in front dimming: [ ] dB
Adjust track FX parameter... (Cmd IDs 950 to 965)
These actions set the value of up to 16 parameters which you can set up as track controls. You can do that in several ways, the easiest would be to simply touch the plugin control you want on the TCP, then clicking on "Param" button, and under "Last touched:" select "Show in track controls". One other way would be to click on "env" button of the respective track with loaded plugins, searching for the parameter you want in the list (you can filter the list as well), and then simply clicking the "UI" checkbox.
Adjust track send n volume (Cmd IDs 901 to 908)
These actions set the volume level of first 8 sends that reside on currently selected tracks.
Adjust track send n pan (Cmd IDs 911 to 918)
These actions set the pan position of first 8 sends that reside on currently selected tracks.
