Ignore Silence Shorter than xx Seconds (can cause multiple items per-track)

This will automatically trim the files after a silence of a certain amount of silence, and create (possibly) multiple files on one track. This can help with large parts of empty files, and can save disk space and disk streaming bandwidth.
