About
These are actions that renders selected track(s) to new track(s), but unlike total render preserves volume, pan, sends and automation.
This is the Reaper way of "freezing" a track. Original track(s) are muted.

- Track: Render selected area of tracks to mono post-fader stem tracks (and mute originals)
