Select Options > Preferences (Ctrl P) > FX Plug-ins > Jesusonic to access REAPER Jesusonic Plug-ins Preferences.

Jesusonic effects settings
Auto Detect	Click this button to make REAPER scan your system to detect Jesusonic plug-ins.
Jesusonic root path	Enter a path here, or click the Browse button to browse to the directory that contains your Jesusonic plug-ins.
Get more Jesusonic effects and presets	Click on this text to open a browser that will take you to the Jesusonic User Resources website, where you can download additional Jesusonic presets and patches. You must be connected to the Internet to use this feature.

If the Jesusonic Root Path is set, only the plug-ins from this path will show up in REAPER, while Jesusonic plug-ins in the REAPER directory won't anymore. A good workaround for this, however , is to copy the plug-ins from REAPER's Effects folder into Jesusonic's Effects folder.
