Audio configuration

Before playing on Ninjam you have to set up your soundcard then...

Check your configuration

  • Open Ninjam
  • Click on Options -> Audio Configuration
  • In the field Input/Output system you should have something like
  1. Kernel Streaming
  2. Direct Sound
  3. Wave Out

You have to know that the main part of ninjammers are using the ASIO driver which is working on most soundcards.

Install ASIO

  • Go on the ASIO4ALL download page : http://www.asio4all.com/ or click here for the last stable version released (when I'm writing these lines)

Finishing

  • Do the first step "Check your configuration" again and you may have this list :
  1. Kernel Streaming
  2. Direct Sound
  3. Wave Out
  4. ASIO
  • Choose ASIO then click OK.
