"Active position..." family of actions

Sections: MIDI Editor, MIDI Inline Editor

There are two cursors in the MIDI editor, one for each dimension:

1) Vertically: the thin vertical line known as edit cursor which also appears in the main arrange view
2) Horizontally: This is the active position, showing the selected note row (respective pitch) that has focus in the piano roll (or inline) MIDI editor. Clicking in the note area or on a piano key changes the active position to that note row, indicated by a slightly different (themeable) color.

Note insertion, note selection and vertical zooming can relate to the active position.
