Toggle locking MIDI to project tempo at media item start time (Cmd ID 40679)

Toggles the checkbox labeled "Ignore project tempo information, use:" in the MIDI Source properties (availyble from the item's context menu or through the item properties dialog). The MIDI take will play using the tempo and time signature specified in the source properties.
