Switches to the common MIDI editor view with those fancy piano keys on the left hand side.
Mode: Drum Map (Cmd ID 40043)

This is called "Mode: Named notes" in the View menu. It turns the Piano keys on the left side of the MIDI editor into equal rectangles which can be filled with user-friendly names either by the user or automatically by plugins which support it.
You can also have those names in Piano Roll mode, so besides the look of the name fields there is no difference to Piano Roll mode as of Reaper v.3.66.
