Actions to customize user friendly MIDI note names

Each pitch can be given a user friendly name in REAPER's MIDI editors. This is especially useful with drum sounds, but can be beneficial in other use cases as well. For example when using instruments which utilize an area of pitches as keyswitches, or patches which consist of different soundscapes or loops across the pitches. Give them a descriptive name and it gets far easier to identify what plays where. Some plugin instruments can hand over their note names to REAPER. those will automatically appear in the MIDI editors, but there are also means to do it manually.

Mind that although you edit and load them in the MIDI editors, note names are track based. If you have names defined for one MIDI item, they will appear on each MIDI item in that track. Each MIDI channel can hold it's own set of note names, so a single track can have loaded 16 different note name sets.
