Actions which scroll or zoom in Reaper's MIDI editors
Scroll actions
View: Go to edit cursor (Cmd ID 40151)
Sections: MIDI Editor, MIDI Event List
Scrolls the view horizontally to see the edit cursor.
View: Go to play cursor (Cmd ID 40150)

Scrolls the view horizontally to see the play cursor (if "Auto-view-scroll on playback" is disengaged in the main arrange window).
View: Go to end of file (Cmd ID 40037)

Places the edit cursor at the end of the MIDI file, the end of an unlooped in-project MIDI item or the end of the first loop iteration of a looped MIDI item and scrolls horizontally to bring it into view.
Mind that this action will seek playback if it's running, that means playback will start over from the new location of the edit cursor.
